AFC Liverpool Announce First Ever Manager
Former Burscough FC manager, Derek Goulding, has been appointed as the first ever manager of AFC Liverpool.Goulding, a fearsome centre back as a player at Southport and Bangor City, was most recently the giant killing manager of Burscough FC, where he famously masterminded a shock victory over Gillingham in the FA Cup.
Goulding said: "I am delighted to be the first ever manager of AFC Liverpool. I am an ambitious manager and this is a club with enormous potential. I have been a Liverpool fan all of my life, and I can't wait to build this team. I have always been successful as a player and as a manager, and I'm looking forward to bringing that approach to AFC Liverpool." read more
